Free Shipping:

• We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ultimate Creations purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

• Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have different return/exchange policies. Please refer to any specific details listed at the time of purchase.

• Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the contact us form and an Ultimate Creations representative will respond with next steps for your return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

• Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply follow the return process and indicate your desired exchange in the Returns Portal. Once we receive your return, we will ship out your new item as soon as possible.

• Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria, or that have been worn or washed.
